Born 13 August 1957 to Melverta Jackson, she was born the second of Six children. Her childhood was spent in Pioneer, LA under the care of her Grandparents (Edmond & Millie Jackson), Until 1961 when her mother and family relocated to Las Vegas, NV. Graduating from Valley High School, Las Vegas, NV in 1974.

After brief employment with Westward Ho Hotel and Casino, Las Vegas, NV,

Wanda began working with the Clark County School District in 2008. Remaining a faithful employee until her expiration in 2022. Making her investment and legacy a 30-year endeavor. She was a long-standing member of The Wealthy Place Ministries, under the leadership of Pastor Bill McDonnell. Serving on the usher / hospitality board for the duration.

Wanda is preceded in death by her mother, Grandparents, and 1 Sibling;

Maurice Jackson, Las Vegas, NV. Survived by (5) Siblings; Silver Jackson, Wayne Jackson, Maureen Jackson - Rogers (Melvin) of Las Vegas, NV; Derek Jackson Sr.

(Loretta) Pahrump, NV as well as a host of Nieces and Nephews / Great Nieces and Great Nephews to cherish her memory
